Our journey moving to Florida was the usual Northerner’s story - we wanted to escape the cold, long winters and retire in sunny Florida. Our pathway changed in early Fall 2024, when we felt the longing for home back North to be nearer to our children and grandchildren, Florida just wasn’t home. We decided to put our home on the market and began the usual process requiring a need for an agent to sell our home. Ally Miller came into our life in what we say was “a message from above”! On a walk to the mailbox I noticed a flyer that had blown onto our lawn up against the shrubs. I hesitated to walk past but something told me to walk over and grab it.
